The Fleet Chief Pastry Chef helps with the culinary activity in making and keeping up an expert Pastry task locally available. Propelled dimension of English verbal and composing abilities, including the correct utilization of English language is required.
Transitional to Advanced abilities in composing and PC programming aptitudes (Microsoft Word, Excel, Fidelio, AS400, Micros) is required.
Lone wolves Degree in Pastry (or a related order) or outside equivalency and additionally 5 years experience as a central bread cook is required. (Pertinent experience may substitute for this instructive prerequisite at a comparable rate.)
Endorsement of culmination from a perceived instructive culinary organization is required.
Propelled Certification in Sanitation and Public Health is required.
